GC HPLC Sampling vial caps

Our screw top clear and amber glass vials and plastic screw top vials are available in 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, and 13mm screw threads.
The most commonly used vials are 9mm, 12x32mm screw thread vials. A 12x32mm vial is also known as 1.5mL, 1.8mL, and 2.0mL vials by different manufacturers.
Microsampling options include using a one-piece vial with fused insert molded into the vial, or using a separate insert placed into a vial.
Our 13mm vials are 4mL vials for larger volumes and/or sample storage.
Screw top vials are one of several vial types used in autosamplers for automated sample injection into HPLC, GC, and MS analytical instruments. Vial type, size, dimensions, and shape of choice will depend on autosampler instrument compatibility.
